The laws pertaining to tenancy could go against the owner of the property and he could be sued for this violation of law 7 Association of the Landlords : Try seeking the help of the association of the landlords if it exists . Try this option before initiating any legal action against the tenant. 8 Paperwork : If you choose to resort to legal action against the tenant, the paperwork should be carefully checked because even a slight error can obstruct the eviction. A minor error, such as the mentioning of wrong time on the notice to vacate, is sufficient for the dismissal of the case. 9 Worst Matters :When the matters are worst it is always better to take the services of a lawyer or an organization that help the landlords or the owner of the property.
