Start with holding the medicine ball to the right side above the head with the torso turned to the right and then moving the ball downward to a low position towards the left across the body with the body turned left with the knees bet. One should practice at least 10 repetitions for 2 sets in left and right directions. The swing exercise will bring a dramatic improvement in your golf swing.
