If You Want to Give Something More than Your Time: If you still want to give the person an actual gift that can be opened, you will need to consider the personality and interests of the person you are giving the gift to. Many women still do enjoy receiving jewelry, candy, and flowers. But, try to pay close attention to the types of flowers, candy, and jewelry that she likes. If you know that she really loves carnations, skip the roses and give her the flowers she likes best. She will appreciate the fact that you paid enough attention to know just what to get her.
